I just end using crappy passwords like qwerty123456, and ciclying between them. Struggling to re-login. What is the point of this?

In my country there is no beef jerky to buy :/ has anyone been able to make good jerky in home? I bought a dehydrator and tried several recipes but the results are quite hard and chewy compared to commercial ones (my hope is to clone jed's normal jerky or zicks branded one)
