I'm looking for an individual or company who will analyze my competition for 2 specific keywords (medium comp), find why they are number 1 for those two keywords and get me to number 1 instead. Can you do it? Probably have more work for you if this can be accomplished.

Can I spam the shit out of a domain that I've 301'd to my main money site without any issues (to the extent of the risk already assumed with black hat seo)? Does this help or hurt the goal of increasing SERP's. Should I have another buffer between the spam links and the 301 redirect? If so...
