Was wondering if anyone knew a good alternative to Synthesia. l recently tried it out and it seems that they removed the option of uploading your own voice, so they only offer TTS now. Does anyone know a good AI avatar generator that can generate using my own voice over?

Need access to geo-targetted (asian) RAV or access to high-quality panel. Not looking for cheap services need quality.
