I'm thinking to move to twitter from IG and I've found some accounts from 2009 i have. With no activity at all. It doesn't matter o better if i register new accounts now and start actions on it growing as fresh accounts? Thanks

Now asking for identification: foto with the code they sent. I think there is no solution, it was a fashion niche, if i choose company for identification it ask for bills etc.
