What tools do you guys use to manage several facebook accounts? I have a few set up now, and some pinterest accounts as well, but logging out/in over and over is a pain! Do you guys use any programs to make this easier?

Just saying hello, Had mild success on the apps front but decided to expand my horizons and try some stuff out here. Now if only I could figure out why this silly moderation system blocks like everything I try to post in any threads I will hopefully become a contributing member!
