Generally yes, it is a stable income because you do not offer anything illegal. Once the torrent has a lots of seeders it's normal to let it go but it's optional.

Sign with multiple networks and test them all. Once you see which one has better conversions then go with it. Try with those more popular like AdworkMedia, IMPremium or Adscend, but test test and test is the key.
