i am from Germany aswell and for sure you have to pay tax for the first Euro to earn.

i made some test, if it is only a small part of your links it will not hurt you ( but also will not skyrocket your rankings) if for example 50% of your links are these kind of spammy your rankings will drop out og the Top100

I do not recommend that in long term, it is just spammy. THink about it you have an english text and a few non english words inside and that are the links ??? that will give you google panalty for sure
