Today was better than yesterday. PPVs increased little which was good to see. It is still pretty far from the record high, but honestly, I started getting used to the roller-coaster already. The good day doesn’t mean that we’re back to normal same as the bad day doesn’t mean that something has gone wrong.
I had a meeting with my team about content today. We keep returning to the same question over and over again: how much content we should be posting? It’s not always better to post more especially if it takes time to make videos which are never actually watched. We decided that it would be logical to get rid of something that does not make any sense and thus possibly manage to think of something more prospective.
TikTok is working well these days, Reddit still lacks attention and this is unclear why. It could be either the content or simply the calm period. I will just keep tracking the situation instead of guessing.
I am also trying to give my team a little bit more freedom and not interfere too often. Sometimes I interfere even when my participation is not needed. Old habits die hard.
