Choose a supported service and email domain, get a temporary address, and read the verification code in your SMS Red dashboard. This is one email verification, not a permanent inbox or an email account with a password.

How it works

1. Sign in and open Email OTP in the SMS Red dashboard.
2. Select the service and a Gmail or iCloud option, then request an address.
3. Use the address on that service. Return to the activation and copy the code when it arrives.

You can also manage Email OTP activations through the developer API.

Payment and refunds
The displayed price is reserved from your wallet when you request an address. A received code completes the charge.

Before a code arrives, you can request cancellation. The reserved amount returns to your SMS Red wallet after cancellation is confirmed. A pending cancellation or connection error does not mean the refund has completed. Once a code has been received, the activation cannot be canceled. If an allocation fails and the failure is confirmed, the reserved charge is refunded to the wallet. If an order is still being confirmed, contact us with the activation ID before creating a duplicate.

Wallet funding is separate. Card top-ups have a $5 minimum wallet credit plus a 10% fee ($5.50 total for $5 credit). Other payment methods show their fees and conditions before payment. Contact support about incorrect or duplicate payments; refunds to an original payment method require verification and applicable payment rules. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Before requesting an Email OTP address, choose the service you need and review the available Gmail or iCloud domain option for that service. Use the address for the selected activation, then return to that order to retrieve its verification code. The service and domain selection belong to that activation.

For an Email OTP activation, request the address before entering it on the selected service. Keep the activation open in the dashboard and retrieve the code from that order when it arrives. When checking an Email OTP order, use that activation’s status and received-code field in the dashboard. Copy the code from the matching order when it arrives. If an order is still being confirmed, keep its activation ID for support before creating another request; a pending status does not confirm completion or a refund.
