Encountered few issues with the team today. Nothing important, mainly minor things which are quite bothersome when they start happening. One person performed a task in one specific way, while another individual executed their duty differently. As a result, I still had to check everything myself. Need to work this out as there is no use in delegating tasks if I have to go back checking everything anyhow.

Earnings have rebounded today. PPV has done most of the job again, whereas subscriptions wished to keep the pace of recent days. I am also watching over rebills as even minor change is significant in the long run.

Recently, Reddit has grown quieter for us. TikTok has been catching up with this traffic, which is a good sign, although I must not get complacent as high traffic volume can change overnight.

I also took some time to research the older materials that are still getting some profits. Some materials keep on working long after their emergence on the platform, while the new content seems to be unnoticed. It would be great to know why this is happening, but sometimes, the answers to the questions are unknown.

All in all, a terrific day. There are many things to be fixed and no reason to make it more complicated than it actually is.

Today was slightly quieter than yesterday. Nothing out of the ordinary, just another one of those days when you see all numbers shift around and you don’t know why.

I also analyzed several old posts, which still bring traffic. It’s interesting to see how one random post from weeks ago still works, while something we worked on for hours gets no traction. Something to think about when judging the content too early.

The team also raised several questions that could have been resolved without me. Not a big deal but I need to make sure that rules are clear, and people don’t wait for my reply on all minor issues.

TikTok is doing pretty well lately, while Reddit has gone a little down again. I’m glad we are not relying on one source as much as we used before. However, I’d like to see another week of statistics before making any radical decisions.

That is pretty much it for today. No major test runs today, just a method of keeping things afloat and managing minor tasks.

It's already day 280 today! It is strange seeing this number. The business looks totally different from how it used to be, although the day itself still contains traffic, content, chats, and fixing problems.

Today, revenue was a bit better, since PPV was still the main generator of income, while the situation with subscriptions hasn’t changed so fast lately. It is not like I complain about this, however, I think it is a good moment to analyze the situation with the income gotten from the old fans, and from the new ones.

There was a tiny issue about the handover between team members today. Nothing serious, just some information got lost and the task had to be handed in twice, so I think I will concentrate on that part of the workflow.

Traffic still looks the same, nothing has changed; TikTok remains steady, IG is doing well while Reddit hasn’t recovered yet. At least, we are not so dependent on it anymore.

No major events for today. It is better to have a calm day and don't create problems just to feel like we have progressed.

You have your own CRM, right? But how do your chatters message the fans? Do you give them the login credentials, or do you use a platform like Inflow for them to log in?

Yeah bro, we use a shared inbox setup so chatters can handle convos without everyone doing their own thing lol. CRM keeps the notes and fan history in one place, so they can see the context. Access is managed per team member where possible, not just passing logins around. Makes handoffs way less messy tbh.

Revenue has decreased a bit. We were expecting that as this has been part of the months-long trend. It's more interesting to see how it will behave in the following weeks than to look at everyday ups and downs.

Spent some time clarifying the handoff procedure with the team. We experienced a small issue when someone was missing some context, making a trivial tasks longer than intended. Not a biggie, but it's unpleasant to see it repeating.

One of my goals is to avoid bringing in another piece of software when something goes wrong. There are enough tools we already check. Sometimes the solution is just to clarify the process instead of inventing a completely new one.

TikTok is becoming a decent source of traffic while Reddit keeps dropping slowly. I'll keep an eye on it, but I'm not ready to make any conclusions yet.

Hey, are you a social media influencer? You've got some impressive stats on IG and Insta—what's your average number of views and followers per account?

Revenue picked up a bit today. PPV was better; subs pretty much stayed where they've been lately. Nothing crazy, but I'll take it.
Had a look at the team's workload today and noticed we're still spending too much time checking things that should be straightforward. Some of it is just people being careful, which is fine; but other stuff comes down to not having clear enough instructions. Gonna fix a few of those rather than add more steps to the process.

TikTok is doing alright, so that's a plus. Reddit is still quieter than it was a while back. Can't really tell yet if it's just a slow patch or something we'll need to adjust to.

Also, not every idea we test is worth keeping. A couple of recent content experiments didn't really do much; so we'll move on instead of trying to force them to work.

Pretty ordinary day overall. The numbers are holding up and there's enough to work on without making unnecessary changes just for the sake of it.

Good luck mate
Thanks!
Hey, are you a social media influencer? You've got some impressive stats on IG and Insta—what's your average number of views and followers per account?
I am not a influencer myself, but I work with it and bring visitors to the creator's profiles. Some accounts get thousands of views and some get more. For me, it is more important what amount of people click on the profile and what amount of people converts. The number of followers is not significant for me if nobody clicks the link.

Could you please tell me how many views you usually get per reel and what your monthly view count is? Also, where do you find video examples for your model to shoot based on those, and how many videos per day do you ask your model to shoot?

It depends on the case bro, some of the reels get thousands of views while others don't get any views lol. I'm not focused on just monthly views, clicks and subs matter more than anything. As for the ideas, we check out trending reels in the niche and take some ideas that match the creator's style and modify them instead of copying one-to-one. Typically, we create a couple of shorts per day based on the availability of the model and the amount of content we need. I think it is better to have a couple of great movies than make a series of random clips.

Does Instagram ban a lot of accounts? I know it's really hard at first when your accounts have 0 followers—do you do anything to boost them? Can you share your funnel?

Yes, it is true that Instagram can disable or restrict user accounts in certain situations, particularly if any account seems active in a spammy manner. I think it is going to take new accounts time to develop, so rather than trying to grow the audience suddenly, I prefer to create good content, complete the profile, and post regularly. To me, the funnel approach looks simple: Reels give people some exposure; the profile familiarizes people, and then they are willing to follow the link if they need to access more information.

As I understand it, you take clips from other models and show them to your model as examples. Then she records a video on Instagram, downloads it with the audio, and sends it to you—or maybe she just recorded a video without audio and sent it to you, and you edited it and added the audio yourself?

Do you use the same video across all your Instagram and TikTok accounts? Are you just using spoofing? By the way, what kind of spoofing do you use?)

Have you tried creating AI-generated content? How did it turn out?

What does your content plan for the models look like to avoid overworking them?

I feel like I’m just overworking them with assignments since I ask them to take 150 photos for Reddit, 21 Instagram Reels per week, plus a sexting pack and content to put together a portfolio. I’m just curious how you handle all of this—sorry for so many questions

It appears that you're posting 150 pictures and spending 21 hours producing videos each week which might be overwhelming you. I'd consider batching content and then using the same best clips across different platforms, but also adjust these clips so that they fit to the nature of each platform. For example, I pay attention to what is already successful in the niche you pursue which gives me a lot of ideas in what way I can adjust the clips to the model's stylistics. Although, we do it too, keeping things consistent is not an easy task. I would otherwise make an adequate plan and rely on filming the content just once a week and leave some wiggle room for more content if it goes viral.

There is a decrease in results today. PPV has reduced, and the subscriptions remain the same. There is nothing to worry about, but please note that the traffic coming from Reddit has decreased. Fortunately, TikTok has helped somewhat.

I have reviewed our publishing schedule. We publish a lot from the content standpoint, but I do not think that all of it deserves this volume. A lot of materials take too long to produce the same revenue as those which took only a few minutes to prepare.

However, most of the work is done by my team without me now. There are some issues that need to be solved only by me. I think I need to make some guidelines instead of answering all the questions repeatedly.

For the time being, I will not do anything related to my main project. I think I need to gather some data to have it for my staff rather than crowd them with numerous options.

What do you mean by filming content in batches?

What kind of content do you create for Instagram and TikTok—is it dancing, talk videos, or flash videos?
Batch filming means to record a number of videos in one go instead of recording one video daily. For instance, one can wear a different outfit or be in different locations and shoot many clips at once. Hence, it is easy to test dance challenges, lip-synching, POV videos, lifestyle videos, and so on for Instagram or TikTok channels. The type of content depends on the type of creator and what they feel brings in views; hence there is no need in making efforts to produce speaking videos when the creator hates doing them. Later on, we schedule the videos to be released at different times, so the model is not filming all the time.
