SMTasker - Automate Instagram, TikTok & Threads From Android Devices | Follow/Unfollow/DM/Publish | From $19/mo

Yes, you can definitely do that, you can also ask it to monitor and send you notifications if anything happens, give you reports, increase limits over time, anything you need. You can also do the same via MCP from your own AI.

SMTasker runs in the cloud the scheduling but the actual automation is done on your phone, that is why it's safe/untraceable since it runs on your phone. For that reason you need to have a phone connected to a computer and that computer needs to be turned on, yes. You can simply let run on a secondary computer/phone and can access it from anywhere via the SMTasker online dashboard or via MCP from your AI.
Can I use a VPS to run SMTasker 24/7 without keeping my home computer turned on? If so, what type of VPS do you recommend?

The computer is on in order to have the phones connected to it. You won't be able to do this since you can't plug the phone/s in the VPS. The computer doesn't need to be on 24/7, you can shut it down during the night, it will give your accounts some rest as well since it's not recommended to do actions 24/7

Hi! I have a question about Instagram account warming.

Is it possible to configure TSMTasker to warm up an Instagram account around a specific niche or topic?

For example, can the tool automatically find relevant Instagram accounts and content within a particular niche, watch Reels, like posts, leave comments, and interact with relevant creators?

Ideally, I’d like to specify a niche, keywords, hashtags, or target accounts so that the account’s activity focuses on relevant content rather than random posts.

Yes, we've just added a module that warms up accounts by doing a few actions of each

The tool runs based on what you set it to do, however if you don't want to manually set it, you can use Skye AI ( the ai inside SMTasker) or your own AI via MCP and tell it to fully set up your account, monitor it and constantly checks, audits and changes sources so you have the best results.

Yes, you can do that via the targeting options for each tool, you can use ai help to better target everything.

Can SMTasker work if my Instagram account is logged in through a browser? The Instagram app on my Android phone isn’t working properly, but Instagram works fine in the browser. Does SMTasker require the official Instagram app to be working, or can it operate through the browser instead?

It requires the app, you are more limited on the web version and they don't see actions there as good as on the app.
