My YouTube channel views have suddenly dropped sharply?

There are many reasons why your YouTube channel might experience a drop in views. These include factors related to data and system mechanisms, shifts in algorithms and viewer behavior, as well as issues concerning content quality and audience engagement.
Based on your experience, which specific metrics in Analytics should I prioritize checking?

yeah sudden drops happen a lot even when u keep uploading mate. Sometimes the algorithm just tests or shift distribution for a while. Best thing for u is to stay consistent, check which videos are still holding retention and avoid big changes to the content style for now. I see lot of channels recover after a couple of weeks that they don't panic post :)
Maybe I'll patiently maintain the posting schedule for another 2-3 weeks and see what happens.

i would start by looking at utube analytics to find out if it is an issue of impressions going down or people not clicking.it is bcz there are two different scenarios here nd one needs to understand what happened to make decisions.has it affected all the videos or only the recent uplloads?
This issue started with videos posted within the last 5 days.

I’d try changing up the video topics and hooks, make the thumbnails more clickable, and see what worked in your older videos instead of just uploading more.
I also tried looking back at old videos with high views, but those videos were made a long time ago and the topic seems to have become saturated now.

Try uploading when your viewers are most active this may help your new videos get more views ealry on.

Have you changed your content? When content is no longer engaging, the video completion rate drops and your view count will gradually decline as well.

also check if the drop is happening across all your videos or just the recent ones. if older videos lost traffic too, i'd look at traffic sources first. could just be a temporary dip so wouldn't panic yet

check your audience retention too. if people are leaving earlier than usual, youtube might be showing your videos to fewer people. i'd compare the last few uploads with your older ones before changing anything

A drop in views can happen for different reasons. Check your recent videos and see if people are watching less than before. Keep making good content and give it time to see if your views improve.
I appreciate your feedback. I'll continue monitoring the Analytics metrics for a few more days to see what happens. Thank you!

sometimes it is the case that views go down bcz the videos no longger attract the same audience even though u are consistently publishing content.i would find out what the major source of your traffic is nd if ur regular topics are attracting views or not.
Which section should I go to to see exactly where the traffic drop is coming from

it may not be a good idea to add more videos just to recover from the loss of views.identify which videos accounted for most of the traffic in ur channel before the drop. some channells have a few videos driving their views nd once those slow down so does the entire channel.
My channel used to rely on 2-3 main videos to drive views for the whole channel. I guess I need to remake the videos in the old style.

I would focus on audience retention, not just CTR. Try creating videos around topics that already performed well and connect them using playlists and end screens to encourage viewers to watch more.

Also, check where viewers drop off in your videos and improve those sections.
Sometimes keeping viewers engaged is more important than simply getting more clicks.

Your view counts aren't increasing, have you reviewed your channel's content strategy? From what I understand, using AI might lead to a drop in engagement.
