Hi everyone,
My YouTube channel views have suddenly dropped sharply compared to a few days ago. I upload videos regularly, but the traffic isn't increasing.
What should I do now?

first check if its impressions or ctr that dropped, in studio analytics. if impressions fell but ctr is the same its the recommendations, if ctr fell your thumbnails/titles stopped working. also look at traffic sources to see which one dropped. dont change everything at once, try new thumbnails on your last 2-3 videos and watch ctr

Check YouTube Analytics to see whether impressions or click-through rate dropped first. That should help you tell if the issue is fewer recommendations or people clicking less, before changing your upload schedule.

There are many reasons why your YouTube channel might experience a drop in views. These include factors related to data and system mechanisms, shifts in algorithms and viewer behavior, as well as issues concerning content quality and audience engagement.

are you making ai faceless videos? How old is the youtube account? also what is the normal views on a video like 1-2k dropped to 200 view or 100k dropped down to 1k ect?

yeah sudden drops happen a lot even when u keep uploading mate. Sometimes the algorithm just tests or shift distribution for a while. Best thing for u is to stay consistent, check which videos are still holding retention and avoid big changes to the content style for now. I see lot of channels recover after a couple of weeks that they don't panic post :)

i would start by looking at utube analytics to find out if it is an issue of impressions going down or people not clicking.it is bcz there are two different scenarios here nd one needs to understand what happened to make decisions.has it affected all the videos or only the recent uplloads?

I'm not entirely sure, but if you're using artificial intelligence and posting irregularly, this could be a problem—it's happened to me before.

I’d try changing up the video topics and hooks, make the thumbnails more clickable, and see what worked in your older videos instead of just uploading more.

A drop in views can happen for different reasons. Check your recent videos and see if people are watching less than before. Keep making good content and give it time to see if your views improve.

sometimes it is the case that views go down bcz the videos no longger attract the same audience even though u are consistently publishing content.i would find out what the major source of your traffic is nd if ur regular topics are attracting views or not.

it may not be a good idea to add more videos just to recover from the loss of views.identify which videos accounted for most of the traffic in ur channel before the drop. some channells have a few videos driving their views nd once those slow down so does the entire channel.

Your analytics should help you point to what exactly is not working. While CTR tells you if actually lesser people are engaging, Your impression tells another story

it could be because of shadow ban. also there can be many reasons why your channel aren't get traffic as well. you should check your videos analytic on yt studio. check audience retention and ctr. you should give rest your channel for next 48-72 hours. don't upload anything at this period.

see if impressions fell off as well as CTR to know whether uhh tube is no longer promoting your video or whether users are no longer clicking on them. i would checks how your latest uploads are compared to urs older uploads before altering your entire strategy honestly

yt conducts impression sweeps regularly. check ur analytics to find out whether browse or suggestions have been bad whereas search has remained stable.
It is common when the click through rate has decreased for recent videos or when you have changed titles after publication. Doess not delete anything but just add new thumbnails and experiment with shorts.

first check if its impressions or ctr that dropped, in studio analytics. if impressions fell but ctr is the same its the recommendations, if ctr fell your thumbnails/titles stopped working. also look at traffic sources to see which one dropped. dont change everything at once, try new thumbnails on your last 2-3 videos and watch ctr
In this case, besides continuing to release new videos, what else can I do to boost the recommendation rate?

Check YouTube Analytics to see whether impressions or click-through rate dropped first. That should help you tell if the issue is fewer recommendations or people clicking less, before changing your upload schedule.
Do you have any tips for quickly retesting the thumbnail without breaking the current proposal

This is what occurs when yt reset seed audiences or throttle browses functionality. uh can view the studio analytics to confirm that suggested traffic has fallen while search remains unchanged.
