So i have an igaming CPA offer and i got a huge mailing list of online casino users, it is even organized by most deposited. I want to try email affiliation with it so basically i want to know how i can send a huge amount of emails without getting blocked or flagged for spam. What methods are there to do it?

Thanks in advance y'all!

Most bots here will give you the typical AI replies about warming up, etc...but there is no point to do anything extra. Yes, you will be flagged for spam somewhere, but who cares, if its about volume. Get a clean domain, do the proper mailing settings and blast the emails quick via some mailing API for up to 50 bucks. Better than wasting weeks on it and hundreds of dollars, only to get basically the same or similar outcome.

hey, thank you for replying. What mailing API and mailing settinds would you recommend?

First thing I'd check is whether those users actually agreed to receive promo emails. Sending to a big list without consent can get your domain blocked pretty quickly, and a lot of email services won't allow it anyway.

Someone might talk about Mailchimp or SendGrid but I think u should not, they'll ban u before the campaign even starts. your area is high risk cold traffic, u need a custom setup. then scrub your list first with ZeroBounce to clear out spam traps, always use spintax + link redirection so u don't get flagged instantly ;)

You might consider using Amazon SES (Simple Email Service)—it is the most affordable solution, provided you know how to set it up or integrate it with tools like Sendy. Sending 100,000 emails via Amazon SES costs only about 10 USD (making it highly cost-effective); however, this solution does require a certain level of technical knowledge.

Oh dude it'll be pretty tough to implement that.Your databases must be cleaned as fuck then redirects have insane trust and you need to have a lot of them, some platform from where you will send must be reputable as well. Dude do you have a telegram account? where we can discuss email marketing stuff if you want of course

If your data consists of phone numbers, you can first verify which ones are registered on Telegram and filter out invalid numbers. Then you can use Telegram DM campaigns to promote your services directly to those users, without being blocked by traditional SMS filters.

I've spent 8 years in email list management

After a mass mailing Armageddon in December 2021, when Google pretty much stopped delivering ANY mass mailing to Gmail, which, if 70 % of emails in your lists are gmail means 70 % drop in revenue overnight

We've tested just about every solution on the market, tweaking in-house setups, testing external ESP's, testing various warm up and email gimmick solutions
It took us about 18 months to be able to test and find a formula and start to slowly get back on track, eventually reaching the old numbers (with a more complex, and more costly mailing setup)

Regarding the list:

1) what is the origin of the list - are these opt-in users that will expect these?
2) is it going to be an offer where they signed up?
3) how old is the list? in general 3 max 6 months should be the most
4) is the list validated? cleaned?

Then there's more nuances, such as:

- sending domain history and age
- hosting setup used for mailing
- template used
etc.

When it comes to the sending itself:

- I wouldn't advise to make your own setup, it is possible, but if it's to be done properly it's also a bit costly and would require substantial volume to pay for itself
- When it comes to gambling, most third party ESP's will not allow this, they may take you on board but will terminate your account as soon as your templates get under review
- I know maybe one or two that are solid and OK to mail gambling data

When it comes to warming up the data:

- Regarding the advice above to blast 100 000 emails using an external ESP
- Yes you can do that, but that's a guarantee and safe way to burn your email domain / IP sending reputation.
- Especially a new domain with no history that sends out 100 000 emails right of the bat is immediately and automatically classified as spam.
- What was possible just before 2021 or so is no longer possible now.

Therefore if you want to reach solid delivery, and email the database repeatedly, first you'll need to warm up your domain and setup
With structured mailing in small batches spread over a long period of time (depending on the database origin and state this will take about 4 - 8 weeks)

With 100 000 emails, there is no way to do this manually, so you'll need an automated solution.

There are multiple options available on the market, some may be notably cheaper than others, some are more expensive but also bring way better results, anyway if you'll want to deliver consistently, you will need to invest into it.

Again, we're not in 2020 anymore and mass mailing is a complex discipline now.

Sending them isn’t that hard, it’s the getting them past the spam filter and into the inbox which is the hard part. You need properly warmed SMTPs to do that consistently - long gone are the days of simply deploying a mail server and actually hitting inbox.
