I see news coming from everywhere about regulations , confiscations, bannings, etc etc

I had a guy tell me from Europe "take USDT, i can't use it here due to MICA"

Who else is leaving this behind ? And what do you see for the future of Stablecoins?

USDT has never inherently been decentralized to kick off with, they’ve got full control over their entire circulating supply, and I’m not only talking about the price peg. I’ll keep using it though, in combination with USDC.

I'm just wondering how Europe banning it is effecting everyone's views

Is a Bank run coming? Has it passed? Can it be controlled?

most freezes people report are exchange side, a wallet flagged after receiving from a risky address, so keeping two networks open and receiving from clean wallets only has been enough for us

I've noticed a lot of folks moving off USDT lately because the new rules make it feel too centralized and risky. look for stablecoins with clearer audits and decentralized governance if you want to stay compliant.

What stablecoins do you propose?

Couldn’t really care less about regulations, I tend to look at adoption instead - and USDT is still the most accepted coin across the board so while that’s a fact, I’ll be using it.

I'm based in Europe, and around 90% of my payments are in USDT. MiCA has made things difficult because I still haven't found a suitable exchange to withdraw funds directly to my business bank account. Luckily, Stripe is still an option for traditional payments.

MiCA is pushing some European platforms toward compliant alternatives like USDC. USDT still has strong global liquidity, but regulation, transparency, and redemption access are worth watching.
