2)High risk payment processing it's hard and expensive solution. It's not available for 80+% sellers. I'm working with PayPal last 7 years and Stripe last 5 years and can absolutely told you it's optimal solutions. + and - optimal for stable works and you currently didn't can find another stable solution for fiat.
