I GOT RIPPED OFF FOR $300 — AND HIS “30-DAY GUARANTEE” WAS WORTHLESS.
I paid this seller $300 for a publication with an explicit 30-day guarantee. The publication was removed, and I contacted him BEFORE that guarantee expired. He refused both a free replacement and a refund.
His excuse? “The guarantee has expired.” I explained the dates, but he kept repeating the same claim without addressing the timeline.
He took my money, then refused to stand behind the promise he made when selling the service. I’m left with no publication, no replacement, and no refund.
I would never trust this seller with another dollar. Absolutely do not recommend.
