• Late start: each timed service shows a guaranteed start time (10 min to 2 h, based on its average finish time). If your order starts later and is then delivered (completed or partial), 5% of its price is credited automatically (once per order, up to 5 credits per account per day; canceled/refunded orders excluded). Services without timing data show "—" and have no start guarantee.
• Refill: only on services with a refill period ( in the description). Press Refill on the order, one request per order every 24 h. A refill tops back up to the delivered amount.
• Not refunded: wrong, private, deleted or changed links after the order started; drops after the refill period or on no-refill services; actions a platform takes against your account.
• All refunds and credits go to your HypeLark balance and can be used for any order. They are not paid back to a crypto wallet.
