Hi guys,
I am running PPC ads for the same product in diffrent cities, but some cities bring sales while others get clicks with almost no conversions. the ads and landing page are the same, so I am not sure what could be causing this. should I change the targeting or check something else first? can anyone give me suggestions how can I deat with this ?

TBH, first I would do a cost-per-sale nd leads-per-city analysis before making any changes to my target.
there might be some cities where the conversion rates are not so gud even with the same marketing content.
also, see whether you are getting click from a particular city where the users don’t engage with your site.

Honestly, before making any changes, I would analyze the cost-per-sale metrics along with the customer behavior in every city it’s possible that certain cities may produce click but not sales. Is there any two citie where the traffic is poor, or is it just poor overall?

I think you should check the landing page speed and user behaviour for each location first. getting clicks is good, but the traffic also needs to convert.

Maybe some cities are bringing clicks from people who are just browsing. Check which locations bring actual buyers, not just traffic.

Yeah, this happens sometimes. Same product works well in one city but not in another. I would check the traffic and audience first, maybe people in some cities are just more interested in buying it.

Some cities may have less demand or more competition, so I would review the data before making changes.

Check if the pricing and delivery options are the same for all cities. Sometimes that's where the difference comes from.

First, check the audience quality, competition, and conversion information in each city. Then, make changes to your targeting and budget according to sales.

Maybe the issue is not your ads at all. Check shipping costs, delivery time and local demand in those cities. People might be interested in the product but deciding not to buy because of these things.

Location change is a crucial factor which can affect how people relate to different products That it's useful in one city does not make it useful in another. What is in high demand in one may not be needed at all in another city.
You would have to check locally and alter your campaigns according if you want achieve your PPC desire

Maybe the product has more demand in some cities than others. Check your conversion rate and cost per sale for each city before making changes.

When this happens, I look at local demand and competition before changing the ads themselves. On Google Ads, I compare search volume and auction insights for each area, then look at conversions rather than clicks alone. If a city keeps spending without sales, I lower its budget and put more toward the cities already converting. I also check search terms by location so a city isn't getting a different kind of intent. Have you compared those metrics city by city yet?
