Where in the world have you lived indepedently for more than 1 month?
Separate them into two lists: Where would you reccomend people buy property and live and not live based on experiences?
If you can. Elaborate and state your reasons.
Where I Would reccomend people buy property?
Serbia (Belgrade+ another city I forgot the name of, just outside of Belgrade)
— Very educated people. Open minded. Very good food. Beautiful TALL people aesthetically too. Good Vibes.
Curacao ( toured the island)
— The Bitcoin factor and the beautiful education system. Multi-lingual people. Good Vibes. Nature scene is amazing. Beaches!
Hungary (Budapest)
— Good energy. Very diverse culture. Very educated. A very international experience. Very unique landscapes & beautiful architecture.
United States (Im American; I lived in NY, LV, Denver, Jersey, spent a lot of time in SC / GA)
— No other place int he world offers as much opportunity and Diversity. Wicked time it seems there right now but still, it's the "Dream" country as far as I know as a whole for a reason.
Canada
— The united states with an accent and I imagine just a tad bit safer
Costa Rica
— It's ALlllllllllllll Good. Super chill. Good people. Cost of living wasn't too crazy. Progressive leaders and people.-
Kenya
— Just a great place. Good vibes. Educated. Advanced culture & growing. Lots of options. NATURE unrivaled.
Where I wouldn't reccomend people buy property?
Colombia
— A lot of good people but there's a ton of corruption to resolve that effects every part of Colombia and creates an imbalance that's tragic. The middle class deserves to run the country because I find that's where a lot of smart, hard-working people are but they are oppressed. It 'glitters' as a country for everything 'fun' but to live is rough. The way people with financial prowess think/operate in Colo = slow death to progress. Alcohol should be limited/banned immediately and it's clear but there's a reason they do not. And be super careful about the difference of economy because if you live somewhere that's on par/similiar to a dollar and wnat to come here to save.. just remember to leave you will be limited severely to a small % of people who can buy whatever you're selling
Dominican Republic
— Gorgeous people. A very motivated/determined/intelligent culture who know how to be humble & have fun still. Am amazing balance. I would have bought a property here before but now, at his moment, probably not. It wasn't so corrupt & resctrictive before. The abuse against young Dominicans / poorer people, against Haitains, even saw the popular Youtuber throw a cup at an old Italian man.... etc... Needs a new governance immediately because everything that made it a paradise that felt 'free' and 'positive' is being taken away in record time..
Italy
— Love the pizza/the food. Has some great scenes. I love the subculture of Venencia and Amalfi But it's not diverse enough for me. The culture in many areas I went .. I felt like their culture was very expressive but the 'woof' felt negative. I'm not used to it. I was there with two millionaire Korean girls I met in Amalfi and while riding a bus down to Salerno, some kids got on and started making racist sounds.... Just felt ashamed to see people acting like that in the 2010s . Overall though, I just felt the cultural difference wasn't for me and not that it's bad. It's just not for me. I like to feel more in a 'community' culture where you know your neighbors. But def has some beautiful architecture and scenery.
Croatia
— Nothing bad to say at all. I enjoyed Croatia. Just didnt' have all the options I'd like to have.
St maarten
— Another great place.. Great people... loved the seafood... fun to travell.. just not enough options.
Trinidad & Tobago
— Nothing bad to say. Great people. Great beaches and nature scene. Just fel tlike it was a bit limited in diversity and options.
I Dont know about thesee:
Aruba
— Felt a little bit overpriced but a great place. I feel i didn't get out enough in the culture to make a proper analysis.
I think this is all the places......................
