Account stability is becoming the real bottleneck when scaling

I’ve been running Facebook ads for a while now and the one thing that keeps getting harder is keeping accounts stable once you start scaling.

At lower budgets everything looks fine, but the moment you push past a few thousand a day, a lot of accounts start acting strange — random restrictions, sudden spending limits, or just a clear drop in traffic quality.

I’m curious how other people are dealing with this. Are you spreading spend across more accounts, using higher-limit ones from the start, or still trying to warm everything yourself? Would love to hear what’s actually working for people who are pushing real volume.

can we even use the word stable for a business account because you can't be sure about what people are thinking, i dont think the problem is entirely on the ads but how people see your product or service

Yeah, you make a good point.
Calling accounts “stable” is probably not the right word because nothing on Facebook is really predictable. And I agree that a big part of the problem is how people see the product or service, not just the ads or the account itself.
Still, I’ve noticed some accounts handle higher spend better than others even with the same offer. But yeah, the product side is definitely a huge factor.

At the moment, there’s no such thing as a "stable" ad account. A similar situation occurred around this time last year and dragged on for a full three months—let’s hope that doesn’t happen again this year.
