My journey on growing a blog with Pinterest to 2k/month!!

Did you use any proxy to run the Pinterest account?

And did you have a bunch of slave accounts that repinned the pins from the main account? Or you let the main account grow naturally?
Hey, what do you mean by "slave accounts"? can you tell me more about it

Just a fancy term for accounts that you use to mostly interact with contents from the main account hoping the algo thinks you're a legit user and pushes the said content to more/real people.

Have you checked if your older pins are still getting impressions, or did everything drop at once? Since you're trying new URLs now, comparing them with the older pins might help you see where the traffic loss is coming from.

Do you pin manually or via tools?
I pin manually. I use claude to create pin titles + descriptions. I create the images with Canva.

I just run the main account from the my normal IP.
Do not give up yet, your strategy showed some results, if you tweak it you can even go beyond 10k. RPM is gonna improve with more impressions.

Think about mixing linked + no link pins to improve boards authority .
I am actually against posting linkless pins because I have noticed that Pinterest shows those pins more, and not the pins with links.

Now, with this big algorith change, I lost all traffic. I am still working on it, and I am positive that it will return. My new pins have been gaining impressions and clicks, so I think it is just a matter of time.

All my old pins with urls have lost impresions + links. Pinterest said that it was a wrong spam filter that caught my account but it was a general response.

Pinterest now nukes new accounts, if you attach links to pins.

I think warming up for months might not even help
