After a package ends, the median channel's member count was down 7.5% at 7 days (31 channels with the full window) and down 14.5% at 30 days (17 channels), measured against the target it reached. It is the channel's net change, not the share of delivered members who stayed, and the figures update as more channels complete each window.

hat 14.5% 30-day drop-off is surprisingly clean for Telegram adult traffic. Does your auto-refill mechanism trigger dynamically based on those public tracker stats, or is it capped at a specific time window post-delivery?

Neither, really. The refill is part of delivery itself: every member who leaves while the package runs is replaced automatically, and the campaign only completes when the channel reaches the net target you bought. Once it does, delivery stops, so there is no refill window after completion. That is also why the live page measures drop-off from the day a package ends: for the median channel, −8.1% at 7 days and −14.5% at 30 days, as the channel's net change.
