I have seen many websites that don't have GSC verification, yet those websites are doing well and getting indexed faster than others, so I want to know how fast Google can index the pages if a website doesn't have GSC verification

it depends if you have update your sitemap so that crawlers can pick it up

Google can find and index pages without GSC verification, but you can use GSC verification to check indexing. I’d say you should concentrating more on good internal linking, quality content and getting pages crawled via natural links. Plenty of sites get indexed quickly without GSC because their overall SEO and crawlability is already in good shape.

Google can discover and index pages on a non-GSC-verified site within a few hours to a few days, provided the site has strong external discovery pathways. Googlebot is a voracious spider that crawls the web purely by following hyperlinks. If a website has contextual backlinks from active, high-traffic niches, or if its XML sitemap is properly declared in the robots.txt file, search crawlers will stumble upon it naturally. Once discovery happens, indexing speed depends entirely on the site's historical authority and content quality, not whether a webmaster verified a dashboard.

GSC verification doesn't really affect how fast Google indexes a site. it just gives you data and lets you submit sitemaps, request indexing, track issues, etc. i've seen plenty of sites rank fine without ever being connected to GSC. indexing speed usually comes down to things like site authority, internal linking, crawlability, fresh content, and backlinks. if Google is already crawling a site frequently, new pages can get picked up pretty fast even without GSC.

many people do not know about twitter/x for indexing. Googlebot crawls twitter like crazy. just post your URL there after publishing and it gets picked up fast. same with internal links from any page that already gets crawled regularly. GSC is just a dashboard, does not change how google actually finds your stuff.

Discovery without a verified property is normal. GSC is not how Google finds a URL.

What it does not do is force the index. A page can be crawled and still sit in Crawled-not-indexed. Another request from a console you do not own will not change that. I would check the URL again a week later, not treat the first fetch as done.

John Campbell at We Are Roast from the three day Google Search Central Live Deep Dive event in Europe posted different duration for the pages crawling, indexing etc process. You can search for this on search engine which will give information regarding these duration.

Some pages may be indexed within days where as some others remain untouched for weeks however if Google is able to find its way to them via its crawling, it can index them without ur help through GSC.

Finding a URL without a verified property is standard, as GSC isn't Google's primary discovery tool. Instead of treating the first inspection as a done deal, check back in a week.

Some pages get indexed fast, others take weeks good internal links can help google find them sooner

GSC does not help Google find anything, it just shows what it already found.
If you want to check, search site:yourdomain.com/page in Google. If it shows, it is indexed.

Google can discover and index pages without GSC verification. Strong internal linking, XML sitemaps, and backlinks can help discovery, but indexing speed varies by site.

Google can find a page through links from other websites too. GSC is useful, but it is not the only way for googleto know new URLs.

gsc has nothing to do with it, google finds pages by following links. the sites you saw indexing fast without gsc have links pointing in from pages that get crawled often. i can get a new page indexed in a day or two on a domain with no gsc at all by pointing a handful of links at it from pages that already get crawled, and the same page sits for weeks when i dont. ( content is there but backlinks is a huge role ) twitter trick above works for the same reason. sitemaps and gsc just tell google the page exists, links are what make it come look

Gsc verification isn’t required for indexing. I've seen pages get indexed within hours or take weeks, regardless of verification. IMO, how easily google discovers and crawls pages matters more than having gsc verified.

If Google can discover the URL, they'll decide whether to index or not based on several factors like page quality and site authority. So, you just need to place the link somewhere for Google to pick it up. GSC is just one of the options. You can get the link discovered through backlinks and social media posts as well.

Worth adding for other crawlers: if you were thinking of IndexNow, Google isn't one of the participants (Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver and a few others are), so a ping there won't reach Google. For Google you're left with the sitemap and internal links, plus Search Console if you want to see what got indexed.

Google can index pages without GSC verification, sometimes within hours if the site has good internal links and backlinks.
