Just search Discord for gaming servers (type stuff like “PC gaming”, “Steam deals”, or the specific games you post about) and join the bigger ones, same on Reddit.

Finding people who are actually interested in the channel sounds like the hardest part Guess getting subscribers takes more work than I thought.

You could promote via Telegram ads. If you want free alternatives, YouTube , IG and TikTok are good for this purpose.
In my case, I managed to find the first 50 people among my buddy's, after that I tried to target my posts in a way that would encourage people to share them.

Try inviting 5–10 users a day from your own accounts, and try a small mailing from your accounts as well — some number of users will join.

might work, but you must be sure that your invites are specific and not generic to all users. a few interested members are better than many who have signed up but never log on.

In inviting, it's difficult to choose the maximum target, so it works more in the sense that you have to invite everyone from related topics
