Hey BHW!
I have few warmed up accounts with few reels like 100-150k viewers

How many reels i can post for the best results? Or its not give anything? I dont do spam
 
Advertise on BHW
Focus on quality rather than volume. Maybe 1–3 reels/day and test from there. If the views stay strong, gradually increase it.

no particular magic number here. with ur current accounts getting 100-150k views, it is best not to change the natural flow by all of a sudden saturatting them. see what happens with 1 to 3 reels per day over a week nd see how that plays out.
 
Facebook for instance begins to suggest the number of reels you need to put out to gain more views when they notice your current reel(s) have potential. On general basis, one quality reel per day should work things for you

2-4 reels per day are optimal.
 
3 a day should be your maximum limit, and then watch your metrics to see when most people are viewing, and post future reels around that time
 
I usually post just 1–2 Reels a day when I have plenty of ideas, or only one Reel a day for my Instagram account. I’ve found that this posting frequency works quite well.
 
I’d start with 1–3 Reels a day and see how each account responds. Focus on watch time and shares rather than posting more just for views.
 
consistancy matters but I think the content itself matters more you can test different hooks and posting times then check which reels get the most watch time and engagment before deciding what works best
 
Post 1 to 2 high-quality Reels daily, maintaining consistency, with an interval of 6 to 8 hours between them. Avoid over-posting instead, focus on audience interest and watch time. Experiment by posting at different times to see which yields the best results.
 
Sounds great you have very good reach for both account that's matters a lot. The quantity of posting reels on daily basis depends upon you that how much time you can spend for them and how much better reels you can post on daily basis. In my opinion quality of reels is much important then that of quantity of reels so if you have enough time to edit more reels without compromising on the quality of content then you can post 4 to 5 daily but if you take it as a part time job then 1 to 2 quality reels are better instead of posting more reels with low quality.
 
As long as the content is high-quality and unique, you can post as much as you want. the more you post, the better your growth will be.

The number of videos is not as important as their quality. In other words, the videos should be genuinely interesting or useful to people. It depends on the subject matter—for instance, if it’s about humor, the videos really need to be funny.
