What you receive
One mobile proxy license for your selected duration. Your dashboard provides IP, port, username, password and HTTP/SOCKS5 connection strings when the connection is ready.

Switch between available US locations using the same license. Copy the updated IP and password after changing location. The current location list shows availability.

Choose a TCP network fingerprint: Default, Linux, macOS or Windows. Request fast or hard IP reset, disconnect and renew eligible licenses from your proxy panel.

Developer API: browse plans and locations, purchase, list, connect, disconnect, reset, set fingerprints and renew. Proxy lifecycle webhooks report readiness, updates, renewals, failures and expiry.

Refund policy
Delivered proxy is unusable: report the fault within 24 hours of purchase. If support cannot resolve it, 100% of the proxy purchase price is refunded.

Rejected or undelivered order: a confirmed failed purchase receives a full refund. If an order remains pending, contact support with your order ID while its outcome is checked.

All refunds return to your SMS.Red wallet. Open a site ticket or email [email protected] with your order ID and the fault details.

How to purchase

Open the mobile proxy guide at SMS.Red: create an account, fund your wallet, select the duration and purchase a license. Open Proxies in your dashboard, connect an available location and copy the current connection details.
