Hey guys, ive been running gh/wh aggro ecom products (no replicas, copyright, ect.). previously i used to be able to buy shopify accounts from providers and have little to no issues until the eventual shutdown due to higher CB rates (frontend looks fully WH). but recently ive been having stores go down instantly/after 1-2k revenue.

After they implemented the ID/face scan check early this year is when ive started to run into issues. I switched to real people who are opening up the stores but when I get the the ID checkpoint almost everytime I get the issue where they instantly reject the ID and say "Identity could not be verified".

My current setup is Gologin + 0 fraud score ISP/sticky resi proxies. When I get the verification I send the QR code to the signer/creator of the shopify/stripe and thats usually when issues happen.

I also do occasionally have stores go down even before that point, just after a few sales. The stores should seem 100% WH to shopify so maybe something in my setup is causing this flagging of the stores?

Please dont tell me to use a high risk processor, I prefer shopify payments as my approval rate and margins are only profitable on there

Any help or anyone else having issues that would be down to talk would mean a lot to me.

How did you find the signee? We have an US LLC with signee aswell, but can't seem to get past the stripe kyc.

Try a passport instead of an ID for the check...had a lot of issues with ID verifications, but passports always work.

Interesting, thanks for the tip. Unfortunately all my current stores signers dont have passports but will give that a try moving forward

Ive heard from multiple people they are having the exact same issues, no 100% solution yet. Any more info is greatly appreciated
