Depends on the account history. usually 24-72 hours. just log out or leave the account untouched for 24 hours straight. if you keep triggering the error while testing, insta will extend the restriction
 
It usually clears within a few hours to a few days, but there’s no fixed timeframe for every Instagram account. Repeated restrictions can last longer.
 
yeah sometimes it goes away on its own after a while.it depends on the restriction so timing can be different for each account.

Of course, doing the same thing again and again can actually backfire on you. It is better to wait and try checking again later than to bring more restrictions upon yourself.
 
A typical violation would result in a 24h suspension. I would like to ask what violation you committed to have your activity restricted?

took a few days. so annoying. i was spamming abit tho.
 
It depends on the reason for the restriction it may clear within a few hours or take several days avoid repeated actions check Account Status and follow any instructions Instagram provides.

Thank you, I’ve stopped all activity to avoid triggering a more severe system scan.

If the notification hasn't disappeared after 72 hours, would sending feedback in the app actually help remove the stick faster, or should I just patiently wait for the system to release it automatically?

During the time limit, if I continue browsing Stories or watching regular Reels, will that affect the penalty expiration time?
 
It usually lasts up to a week, depending on how often you repeat the violation, as with other platforms, repeated offenses can lead to your account being locked in the future.
 
It's easy to wait it out, but many people get hit again a week later. Whatever you did when it hit you (likes, subscriptions, comments), don't return to the same pace on the third day. Do half as much for a while and check your account status first.

Thank you,I'm still quite worried because this is the first time my account has been flagged with this restriction warning.
