Is there any tool for mass reporting ads? I’ve already reported the ad, it violates Telegram's rules, but it hasn't been banned.

I’d check Telegram’s ad policies and report the specific ad if it violates them. If it’s appearing on your own channel, review your channel’s monetization settings and contact Telegram support, since SMM services won’t guarantee that a competitor’s ad gets removed.

Unfortunately, there is no specific tool for mass reporting an Ad, you can only reach to Telegrams support with screenshots of the violation. SMM services won't help you

Check whether Telegram offers ad restrictions or reporting options for your channel, and report ads that violate its policies. If the issue is competitor targeting, review your channel’s available ad settings or contact Telegram support rather than using third-party services that promise removals.

I don't think any service apart from Telegram's owln support can make your competition banned.

Essentially, not at all. Telegram does not want to address this issue or respond to complaints in general. Otherwise, your best option is to disable sponsored ads in your channel through boosts, if you have enough.
