Hey guys, does anyone know any digital bank with an european IBAN that I can create an account without the need of the selfie verification and only and id or something similar?

honestly the selfie step is an eu aml requirement, so you won't find a legit one that skips it. what i've seen work is in-person id check at a post office counter instead. what's the issue with the selfie?

Zero chance. Any emi issuing real eu ibans enforces 5amld liveness checks. Anything bypassing that is a scam.

there is not a single bank which will allow you to open the account without KYC
