honestly the selfie step is an eu aml requirement, so you won't find a legit one that skips it. what i've seen work is in-person id check at a post office counter instead. what's the issue with the selfie?

Zero chance. Any emi issuing real eu ibans enforces 5amld liveness checks. Anything bypassing that is a scam.

Revolut is good, I use it myself. It has strong security measures, and selfie verification is part of the identify verif. process. So i wouldn't recommend trying to register using someone else's documents, it could lead to account restrictions or closure.
