If the video is not yours and you use a copy, your account is highly likely to be suspended because this practice is invalid and violates Meta's policies; you need to modify the content or create a new video to alter specific elements.

Just make a new video bro. Hire someone from fiverr they will make a video for you at cheap rate. Or make some modification to put your name your brand your product on the existing video if it is royalty free video
 
It is possible, but I don't think it's a good idea to use other people's videos for your own profit. You could consider creating AI-generated videos instead.
 
Of course you can, but if someone else is already advertising it, you won't get results there are plenty of other products to choose from, so give it some thought.

Yes but make sure to get the original creators permission before using their video for ads to avoid copyright issues.
