Checking in on the campaigns i have running with Adspect and they have taken a complete nosedive. My money page hits have suddenly started to plummet.

I am using agency ad accounts with a strong history, and I've warmed up all my campaigns according to the guidance posted on here. Using these techniques has always given me great results in the pasts, and i haven't made any adjustments to my settings.

Usually, high drop rates are a campaign problem but theres nothing wrong there so it has to be something up with Adspect itself

Is anyone else seeing something similar with their Adspect campaigns?

Did you confirm if the money page and safe page were swaped? Happened to me...even the actions on the links were swaped
And before had the same login block issue.
Speaking with suppport they said it was an API request that made those changes (I don't even use API)
Immediatly thought of a potential hack, but now seeing this clearly seems it's an issue on their side and they should compensate the users.
Will get deeper on this with support, but if it's true, it's an unbelievably expensive error from this platform

Yes, my money and safe pages also got swapped too.

What are they saying to you in support? I've had complete radio silence. This is so annoying considering the amount I pay in subscription and how much money this has cost me from banned accounts.

I cant see what anyone would get out of hacking Adspect i think its much more likely they messed up big time. I agree they should compensate users effected by their mistakes but what chances do you think we have that they will do the right thing?

I already sent this thread to support claiming the issue is affecting several people and it's something very serious to happen to a cloaking tool
Hack is 100% out of question and it's an internal problem
Spent hours getting all the streams back to the correct setup

Hope they have the best intentions, cause otherwise I believe they will lose customers and market image will be affected
Never had any issues with them until now, but it's unacceptable to be a cloaking service and breaking the cloaking yourself.....

Let's keep following closely, will leave updates here

This is the reply I got today

Adspect Support:
We are not sure what exactly happened, but the API key was 100% compromised
The tech team is investigating it. There are no conclusions or explanations by them yet, so I don’t have much to add at this point. I simply share what I receive.
They are performing code audit, among other things, so it’ll take time.

The following measures will be developed and rolled out to help prevent such incidents:
• 2FA
• Ability to disable API entirely
• More and better Telegram notifications

API access blacklist/whitelist features are being discussed, not yet sure if those are necessary.

Okay thank you. That's different to what I was told!

If you haven't seen this from yesterday worth moving quick to log a complaint looks like Adspect might cover some of the damage they've caused if you contact them. Has anyone actually received anything from them yet?

Have you checked server logs and analytics to confirm whether the traffic drop is happening before or after the landing page loads? I’d compare the tracking data with the ad platform reports first. That should help isolate the issue before assuming Adspect is responsible.

UPDATE, tried to get my compensation and support sent some BS telling me that the message was sent out to all customers by mistake and they're not honoring their pledge to give refunds/compensation, despite the damage they are proven responsible for and what they have cost me in lost revenue. Adspect have admitted being at fault, sent out this universal pledge to compensate and then withdraw it for no good reason?? WTF?? I for one am going to let my current months subscription expire and am never touching Adspect again.
