I'm working on a media network that owns/operates a few Instagram accounts simultaneously, we want to get to 10-20 accounts.

Are there any legit methods or platforms, fully compliant and will not be flagged by Meta, that can run all accounts from the same device & IP and don't involve black hat workarounds like antidetect or proxies?

All the accounts need to be able to run paid ads, doesn't have to be from the same platform but the ability to run ads can't be compromised in any way.

If you want to run it in a legit way then the only fullproof solution is to have 5 Accounts per Device, No Blackhat and you will be able to run paid ads on it too easily. This will just need mobile data, No need of Proxies or anything like that.

For managing 10+ Instagram accounts legitimately, I’d look into Meta Business Suite and properly authorized access for each account. Keeping account ownership clear and using approved tools for scheduling and publishing can make management much easier. Are these accounts for different clients or your own projects?

Mobile data better than stable and consistent wifi?

How to run 5 IG apps per device? wouldn't it risk account ban?

Running multiple accounts on one device is fine as long as they are real and managed carefully. For ad capabilities, just use real iPhones and you will have zero problems with verification or flags.

The easiest approach you can follow is to use Meta Business Suite or you can use Enterprise schedulers to manage multiple instagram handles without any chaos.

This is entirely feasible. If you operate verified business accounts with "clean" content, Meta provides the official infrastructure allowing you to manage 10 to 20 accounts from the same device and IP address without violating policies or risking system flags.

Honestly, Meta Business Suite is probably your best option. You can manage multiple Instagram accounts from one place, schedule posts, and run ads through Meta Ads Manager without needing proxies or antidetect browsers.

Makes sense actually, probably cheaper too

How about creating the accounts? They will all be my own projects, not sure if I'll be able to create 20 from one device and then transition them to Business Suite for management?

Would also be useful to actually use the accounts and interact with other posts etc, not sure if I can do this from Business Suite

When you say you want to manage 10–20 accounts, are you looking to automate anything, or will you be managing them manually?
Just asking because most tools for automating multiple accounts at once seem to go against Instagram’s rules.

To ensure stability, use reliable IP addresses and Wi-Fi networks, and limit the distribution to between three and five accounts per device. You should also differentiate the content strategy for each account to avoid excessive similarity, which could trigger spam flags and lead to mass account suspensions.

All manual, interacting with other accounts/posts, and a lot of uploading content + responding to comments and messages. Also ads

From the same device/IP? I don't know how optimistic you are, but I wouldn't be as optimistic as you are. Meta will flag those accounts.

I wouldn’t necessarily quality the use of proxies blackhat, and to answer your question, no - there’s no way to multi account on a single device without properly managing IPs and fingerprints. You’re also risking taking down the entire pool of accounts in one sweep if you don’t assign a different IP for each account.

This can only happen on a laptop

On a different device

You've used more than three accounts on a single device, which violates Instagram's policy, you should use a dedicated proxy, bro.
