I’d be careful with that. If the video belongs to someone else, you need permission or a proper licence to use it in your ad. Just because other people are already promoting the same product doesn’t mean their video is free to use.

dont rip it if the creator sends a copyright report meta will pull the ad and doing that a few times can get the ad account restricted pretty easily plus that video is probably already burned out in the feed so youll just get bad engagement and high CPMs

It will not go well if you just download the person's video and use it that way for Instagrm ads without any edits.
Work on the video by editing it, add and remove somethings and that will exempt you from having issues with the video.

Don't reuse their video, copy the concept instead. Same product, same idea, but shot your way and you get zero copyright risk..

I would avoid this unless you have permissions from the owner of the video. It can lead to problems if the owner of the original video finds out you have copied it.

id get permission before using someone else’s video, otherwise make your own version or use content you have rights to, saves you alot of trouble later.

You can use someone else’s video only if you have permission or the proper rights to use it for ads, otherwise it could get taken down or cause copyright issues.
Transcribe the winning ad first then label each line as hook problem proof demo or cta
keep that same structure but rewrite every line for your offer and shoot 3 different hooks since thats usually the easiest part to test

that would require caution. Just because another company or individual uses that video does not necessarilly mean it is okay for u to reuse that same video as part of ur instagram advertisement. without permission, there’s the possibility of facing any copyright infringement problems or having the ad account itself compromised. in case the video does well try reaching out to the creator for rights or make ur own.
i would verify the ownership of the video before using it in the commercial. since the video does not belong to u, it will not be proper to think that since the product bellongs to u the video also belongs to u. the best thing to do would be either to get permission to use it or even make ur own video.
