Hii 9proxy, I have few questions.
1. Do you refund if I won't be satisfied with your proxis?
2. What's the GB thing? Does I have to purchase internet too in order to use your ips? Can you explain what exactly is gb thing?
3. Does your IP only lasts for 24 hours? Or lifetime it'll be mine? Like I can use it any day any time after purchase without repurchasing anything?
4. How many often do you receive complain about reddit account ban using your IP's? Coz I'll mainly use your IP for reddit..
Hope this message finds you well
Hi, thanks for your questions, let us walk you through each one:
1. On refunds: if you run into a payment issue or a proxy issue caused by a system error on our side, our team will review it and process a refund accordingly. Outside of those cases, since proxies are digital services, we're unable to refund once they've been delivered.
2. On the "GB" thing: our proxies work on top of your own internet connection, so you'll need an internet connection to access and use them, just like any online service. "GB" refers to the amount of data that passes through our proxy network. Here's how it works:
- Buy a GB plan (e.g. the 55GB plan gives you 55GB of traffic, valid for 180 days)
- In your Dashboard, generate proxy endpoints and choose your settings: location (country, state, city), and session type (rotating for a new IP per request, or sticky to keep the same IP for a set session time)
- Copy the proxy details into your browser or tool
- As you browse or run tasks, the data used is deducted from your GB balance. Only the traffic you actually use is counted.
3. On how long an IP lasts: with a GB plan, you're purchasing traffic, not specific IPs. The IPs come from our residential pool and each one can stay alive for up to 24 hours, depending on the device it comes from. You can keep generating new proxies and using your remaining GB any time within the 180-day validity period.
4. On Reddit: account bans usually depend on many factors, not just the IP, such as account age and activity patterns. For account-based tasks like Reddit, we recommend using sticky sessions so each account keeps a more consistent IP. If you run into any issues, just send us a PM and we'll help you out.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions. Hope this helps!
