Changing or removing metadata before posting does not help and it would be a waste of time. I am telling you this because I already tried and didn't work out.

not spend much time changing metadata just to make ai videos look like they came from a real device the metadata itself usually not what decides how well the post performs if the content looks good and follows the platform rules that where put the effort

In my opinion, do not spend too much time changing the file name or basic meta data just for instagram reach.

Stripping metadata alone won't bypass Instagram's algorithms. Platforms rely far more on visual fingerprinting and audio matching than EXIF data, so focusing on custom visual edits yields much better results.
