Hello, I am selling stuff through marketplace listings and groups and I have a SOP for the accounts such as warming them up and testing. I keep getting the confirm identity issue that needs id verification or video selfie. It just happens randomly on some accounts. I use an Anti-detect browser (MultiloginX) and use their in-house proxies. What could be the culprit since I don't really know what triggers them. Thank you!

It could be the proxies if the IPs are shared or keep changing. You can use some clean proxies and keep the region and browser profile setup stable. For the video selfie part, some antidetect browsers like ours has a video stream spoofing feature that makes handling the camera verification step a lot quicker.

It is indeed quite a headache right now; however, if you have older accounts that you’ve been using for a long time, that would solve the problem.

shared or dynamic IP addresses will certainly cause additional verifications to be performed. Maintaining consistency with the connection and the browser environment should be the first step to consider.

Often, it's not just a browser or proxy issue. Fluctuations in account behavior, or a mismatch between IP fingerprints and account history, can all trigger random identity verification. Start by checking IP reputation and your account activity patterns.

Marketplace has much stricter filters than normal posting. If you jump straight into listing products without warming up the account with regular scrolling, liking posts, and chatting with people first, FB triggers identity checks automatically

Probably some of the proxies you're using are being shared with other people and that's why you keep getting id verification.

This is a common situation that is hard to avoid; since the OTP is sent to the phone number used to create the account, the verification process is very difficult.

You should always verify when prompted since this is not about to stop any time soon. I had similar issues. The in-house proxies you are using are being shared which in turn is leaking your footprints. Unfortunately, there is very little you can do about that.

usually the proxies or too much activity too fast slow it down more

Could also be the proxy or account history combination. In case not all accounts activate it analyse the sessions that does instead of altering the entire SOP.

For your problem, the main culprit is likely MultiloginX's in-house built-in proxies, which are often shared/datacenter IP ranges with high fraud scores that Meta instantly flags upon commercial actions like Marketplace posting.
You should switch to high-quality, dedicated 4G/5G Mobile Proxies or clean Static Residential Proxies (ISP) tied strictly to the target country/city that you're active in

yeah this has pretty annoying lately and there not always an obvious trigger from what using older profiles with a longer normal history seems to cause fewer of these checks compared with fresh accounts
