Reels get views but no new followers

I would say reminding your viewers by telling them explicitly to follow is best which everyone does also it's just 2 weeks sometimes it takes more time to grow.

your views are decent but the reels may not give people a reason to follow after watching add a clear reason to stay such as promising more tips or parts of the same content and use a simple follow cta at the end

if people watch but not follow then the content probably needs a stronger reason to stay add something at the end that make them want to see your next reels and keep the page focused on one type of content hashtags can help a bit but the hook and content style matter more

You need to clearly identify your target audience and their location, as well as gauge their genuine interest in your videos through comments or likes. In some regions, people may not be inclined to follow others.
