I am posting reels every day and get like 1500 to 2000 views per reel but get very few new followers like 0 to 3 per reel.
I have bern posting 2 reels daily for like 2 weeks.
What should I do to grow my instagram followers?

manully action without proxy?
Yeah manually in my cellphone.
Also using meta business manager with a web browser on my laptop.
Like I just have one Instagram account lol.

Mix in some trending audio and hook 'em in the first 2 seconds, trust.

Add a CTA at the end or beginning:

Stay up tp date and follow us! Etc

You must remain consistent and have a pattern so that users can identify you.

Also, you can use CTAs in your videos so that users follow you or take the action you require.

Make better hooks, stick to one niche, add a follow call-to-action, use good hashtags, and post what works best.

Getting decent views but low followers is pretty common. Try adding stronger CTAs in your reels, like asking viewers to follow for more. Also, engage with people who comment or watch your reels, and consider using relevant hashtags to reach the right audience. Consistency helps, so keep at it!

Clear the meta data and change the hash of the posts. That should help increase the reach of the post since the platform can detect it as "unique".

If you're getting views but not followers, the content isn’t converting. Here’s what to adjust:

1. Add a Clear CTA

  • End your reel or caption with: “Follow for more tips” or “Daily updates on [your niche]”.

2. Post Niche-Specific Value

Make sure viewers know what they’ll get by following. Share consistent content around 1 theme (e.g. “fitness tips” or “tech news”).

3. Optimize Profile

  • Make sure your username, bio, and pinned content clearly show what your page is about.

4. Create Saveable/Shareable Reels

  • Tips, checklists, tutorials, or mini-guides perform best for growth — people follow when they feel the content is useful.

5.Look at Retention

  • If most viewers drop off early in the reel, Instagram won’t push it hard, and people won’t feel connected enough to follow. Keep it fast-paced and engaging.

Getting views but not followers usually means your content is not converting. Focus on making your profile clear about what users will get if they follow. Add a simple call to action in the caption or video, like “Follow for daily tips” or something relevant to your niche. Also, make sure your content gives value or triggers emotion — that increases shares and saves, which help with growth.

Keep posting, but focus more on what makes people follow, not just view. Test different hook styles and improve your bio, pinned posts, and consistency.

Your reach is decent, but your content might not be follow-worthy. Views don’t equal followers unless the reel gives people a reason to stick.
Here’s what to fix fast:
Make your niche ultra-clear. Add a strong hook in the first 2 seconds. Include value or emotion (make them laugh, teach them, or hit a nerve). End with a soft CTA like “Follow for more like this.”
Also, check your profile. If it’s not instantly attractive or consistent with your content, people won’t click follow even if they liked the reel.
Reels get eyes. Your brand keeps them.

Followers this metric it's not so much important today, you monetize the views , not the followers. Followers you can monetize later because IG forces you to spend on ads, otherwise only 1-2% of your followers will see your reel.
