Hello, I have a base of people wanting to watch my meditation videos. They have been hosted on my own channel. I want to make a YouTube channel, but the meditation videos are 30 minutes long. I don't want ads. It seems like I need to have 1000 subscribers and 4000+ watch hours.

Should I purchase this channel? Where?
Can I just purchase subscribers and watch hours? How?
I am not trying to monetize, but I do want to have impact. Can anyone help me with what to do to get to my goal? Located in USA.

You don’t need to buy anything, just disable mid-roll ads by keeping videos under 8 min or use unlisted embeds until channel grows.

in case the content has already been uploaded onto ur channel i will just begin publishing content through ur channel nd carry ur existing subscribers along with u. the type of content which is medittative is the one that people can come back to over nd over again, hence having repeat viewers will be much more valuable than getting a high number of subscribers.
