Tried Omnisend and Mailerlite, banned from both already. We have purchased lists.

Did you clean the list before sending? Purchased lists are full of spam traps. Run them through a verifier first, set up throwaway domains with proper SPF/DKIM, and avoid mainstream SaaS providers altogether.
 
Get your own. All you need is port 25 open on the server
