Since I work in the (digital subscriptions & gaming) niche and want to run Message-only campaigns (Messaging Ads without a website), what is the best way to handle the ad creatives so they pass Meta’s automated review without triggering an instant ad rejection or account ban? Also, is there a reliable source or a specific method to acquire high-trust accounts capable of handling this type of ads?

If you run messaging ads and are getting banned, the issue is likely the visuals or texts you are running. Since cloaking is not an option for you, try different approach regarding the materials you use in ads.
