Scammers! DO NOT WORK with this agency. I used their service for a couple of months, but they stopped replying after I requested a refund for my unused funds last week.

I deposited the money 5 days ago, and unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing.

None of the accounts they provided worked properly. While trying to run White Hat Meta ads, the accounts were repeatedly disabled, making them practically unusable. Instead of providing a reliable solution, they kept delaying the process and wasting my time.

After multiple failed accounts and no proper resolution, I requested a refund. However, they still have not returned my money. Their response is that they are “busy dealing with other customers,” which is not an acceptable explanation for withholding a refund after failing to provide the service I paid for.

At this point, I have been left without a working service and without my money back.

I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision. If you are currently working with this agency or considering working with them, proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I would not send any significant amount of money before verifying that they can actually deliver working accounts and handle refunds properly when their service fails.
