There is nothing best in general. You have to choose a method based on your personality. Then only you can continue with the method for long time.

Create image in photo/image editing program. Upload it per size and resolution requirements of marketplace sites. You can promote your designs once they go live on socials too then. With cafepress and bonfire(new one i came across recently) you get multiple products so its not just tees you can promote on socials, you can do posters, clocks, mugs, and other things from your stores

However, tbf, YouTube has plenty to begin with. The rest can be completed by either ChatGPT or Gemini.
 
I think success today comes down to a simple marketing funnel that leverages free traffic from short videos. With AI, you can build any microservice in a single evening. The only challenge is generating traffic and scaling. The niche isn't that important.
 
How well you can make money depends largely on your skills. There’s no easy way to make money.
