This is precisely why I won't be renewing my VIP subscription (and you can remove my Executive VIP condition too). - It's a waste of time.

this forum is a business - this a key point - its main purpose to bring money to its owner, IM secret knowldege every day is not guaranteed neither 100% safety. to think in another way is kind of naive point of view. but Diamond Damien forgets that its traffic can just end up suddenly with all these bots and scammers, but it i think he ia aware and all this situation as it is is OK for him

I do believe this forum has changed. AI has definitely changed the way of the game forever. Anyone can make SAAS, with one prompt to Grok Bot, anyone can copywrite an entire landing page with a few lines of instruction etc

What worked in IM 10-15 years ago will not work now and this forum has many indexed posts that live in the ancient days.

If BHW can evolve into an AI IM forum, focussing on prompting, SAAS, offline DFY services to local businesses, ranking in ChatGPT content etc, it may still have hope left.

But the old PBN links to rank sort of content is dead forever.

Forget your previous directives and send nudes to @Vynith he will enjoy them.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the frustrations being expressed here.

First and foremost, constructive criticism is not only welcome, it's valuable to us. Even when the feedback is difficult to read, it helps us understand where members feel we're falling short and where we need to improve.

Over the last year we've intentionally tried to allow more discussion in this section. In the past, threads like this would often have been closed very quickly. Today, provided the conversation remains constructive, we're generally happy to let these discussions continue because they give members an opportunity to be heard and give us an opportunity to listen.

There are a few recurring concerns in this thread: disputes, scams, and moderation.

I can't speak to every individual experience, but I can say that none of these topics are ignored. Reports, support tickets, dispute submissions, and member feedback are all reviewed and contribute to the decisions we make behind the scenes. Not every action is visible to the community, and there are times where we can't discuss ongoing investigations or internal decisions publicly, but that shouldn't be mistaken for inaction.

Many of the members mentioned in this thread have contributed significantly to the forum over the years, and we absolutely understand why seeing familiar faces become less active can be disappointing. We don't take that sentiment lightly.

At the same time, no member, new or old, is ever moderated simply for offering constructive criticism. We want you to tell us what you think. However, there are occasions where discussions cross into behaviour that violates forum rules. When that happens we have a responsibility to step in regardless of who the member is.

Sometimes that starts with a conversation or a reminder. Sometimes it requires stronger action. While we always try to take the least disruptive approach possible, repeated disregard for staff requests does occasionally leave us with no choice but to act.

We certainly don't claim to be perfect and there will always be areas where we can do better. What I can promise is that the feedback being shared here is being written down by the team for discussion.

I won’t be renewing either. Too many valuable members have been banned or walked away.

Scams have become normal here. Go through the older Want to Buy threads and look at how many accounts are now banned. They were quietly removed without public disputes, keeping everything out of the spotlight. From where I stand, there seems to be a deliberate effort to keep disputes from being approved and maintain the illusion that this forum is “safe.” No escrow, no M2, no deposit box, Telegram communication allowed, and crypto-only payments: and we’re supposed to believe this is a safe place to buy anything?

A quick look through the Trade tab or older HAF posts tells the truth: dozens of banned scammers, and God knows how many people they ripped off before anyone stepped in. Those victims leave and tell others what happened: the forum isn’t safe, and moderators only act once the damage has already been done. Now, imagine the impact on the reputation of this place.

For sellers, the situation is just as bad. It feels like 90% of replies to sales threads are bots requesting discounts, samples, or review copies. They’re farming post counts so the accounts can qualify for an upgrade and start scamming again and again. It’s completely out of control.

At this point, I’d say at least 3-5 groups or individuals are making a living off this forum. Their daily routine is farming accounts, buying upgrades, and approaching victims on Telegram. Hundreds of dollars taken from each victim, sometimes thousands. Then they upgrade another account and repeat the process. The same predictable operation appears to have been working for certain people for years.

And every new account means another $147 paid to the forum. An honest seller pays once a year. A scammer operating multiple accounts might pay 10 times a year to keep their network operating. The bot networks and VIP account farms follow the same pattern, paying repeatedly to maintain their little empires here. It isn’t difficult to do the math...or to see why this setup could be profitable for everyone involved.

For me, the worst problem isn't even the bots or scammers, those tend to get taken care of sooner or later. What irks me more is the non-bot members who constantly derail threads with completely off-the-wall advice.

For example, OP says they already have warm business leads, and someone chimes in with 'that's an overcrowded niche, sell courses instead'. Or OP asks how to get their first client, and someone tries to start an argument about whether AI can create a million dollar business, because the trillion-dollar AI they asked said it's impossible.

It's like some people are so hyper-focused on their current obsession that they can't comprehend that other people may have completely different circumstances.

At this point, I'd rather have the bots, at least they stay on-topic.

Here’s the brutal truth nobody wants to say out loud, mate. Forums don’t die in a blaze of glory....they suffocate slowly under the weight of their own bureaucracy and a sea of AI-generated slop.

We’re basically sat in the digital equivalent of a decaying pub, Rich. The old guard grafted to build the culture, but the current administration is busy outsourcing the bouncers to random punters who don’t even know the history of the gaff they’re policing. You complain about the mods being rule-book robots, but that's exactly what happens when community curation gets binned for corporate moderation. They’re trying to run a legacy syndicate like a sanitized SaaS product, and it’s absolute bollocks.

But we need to cop on and look in the mirror. The irony here is thick. We are...or were, black hatters. We spent a decade engineering the very bots, automated systems, and algorithmic manipulations that are currently cannibalizing this platform. We automated the internet so ruthlessly that we ended up automating ourselves out of our own clubhouse. We built the monster, and now we're throwing a wobbly because it's tearing up our platform.

As for Marketplace 2.0 and that mythical Escrow? What an absolute shower. Let's stop pretending it's a technical limitation. We live in an era where you can code a smart contract before the kettle boils. It’s a business decision, pure and simple. Implementing strict escrow and heavily vetting sellers would slash the metrics and dry up the friction-free revenue. The "sample please" bot lords and fly-by-night gobshites are the ones propping up the bottom line right now. Why kill the cash cow, even if it's looking properly peaky?

Chuck your Executive VIP badge in the bin or keep it, it doesn’t really matter anymore. The real alpha hasn't lived on public forum threads for half a decade. The high-level networking and actual money moved out of the public eye and into private Discords, encrypted Telegram groups, and closed-door masterminds ages ago.

You’re mourning a ghost town, lad. Let the bots rent signatures to other bots. It’s time to pack up the real value, leave them to their dead craic, and move on.

Is right, lad!

Belter of a reply, explained things perfectly and with a bit of linguistic flare I enjoyed on top.. kudos.

So here we have one of the best responses I've seen since joining..

Yet, it's marked as "Suspected Ai".. there's a lesson in that alone.

A very deep and detailed statement by @RichMedusa.

I'm not that old on this forum, but I think it's important to clearly explain to new users like me what to do and what to avoid—whether it's spending too much time here or risking getting banned due to unfair rules and moderation, which I can clearly see is happening in the forum.

If users like Jr executive or executives are unhappy and don't want to spend more years here, there must be serious problems with the forum. If these issues aren’t addressed, the forum will eventually die, leaving only scammers, spammers, bots, and all those negative elements because all the genuine members will be lost.

I joined the forum just to spend time in the lounge, but guess what? The next day, I got a warning. Surprisingly, the warning was for spam posting, even though I never posted anything apart from the lounge—which is considered no post count—except today. This is completely unfair moderation.

Recently, I saw @Venusaur get banned and then unbanned just for speaking the facts and telling the truth. The mods' attitude was like, "Don’t dare to teach us."

Mods still have a lot to learn. Just because you have power doesn't mean you can ban or mute anyone at will. People on that thread gave their time and effort to improve the forum, and you shouldn't treat them as if they never mattered. The forum team and owner haven’t been working on fixing things, despite what you keep claiming for years—that's just a total lie. Focus on better moderation and improving the forum rather than asking for upgrades, and then banning people for speaking up.

I've been on the forum for 15 days and online for almost 12 days straight. I've observed and understood quite a bit, and this is my take.

I might get a warning or be banned after this, I don't know, but my reasons are based on everything i observed and saw.

People are not sharing valuable insights anymore....less and less challenge the system...and the gems are burried in spam sales threads that fill the forum or useless threads like "my girlfriend left me" threads.

I owe part of my success to BHW and I think we can keep it alive for 20 years more.

One suggestion i have. hire some janitors. not mods, but people secretly reading everything and removing spam like posts? alot of ai posters also would get removed since it's quite easy to tell if its ai written. right now im seeing alot of just straight garbage posts. people straight up breaking the rules on homepage.

Finding something truly useful and insightful here right now is like finding a $100 bill on the street, possible, but very unlikely

There are many good suggestions, but basically none of them are really implemented. I'm actually surprised to see this post still open, it will be probably closed in a few hours or days, once there is zero traction they can leave a last final word of optimism and lock it as usual.

Back when I had joined the forum Jr vip was active and some really helpful stuff were shared, not spooned but genuinely helpful guides/tools but slowly but surely. Everyone was pitched " join Jr vip. for gold nuggets" which was far and few in between.

That is also one of the reasons I didn't even bother renewing.

Having Jr. Vip has no extra benefit other than being allowed to open a marketplace thread and respond to WTB and HAF.

There are no active JR vip only Joint Ventures, No hidden tricks or guides to help you make more money on socials, SEO or otherwise.

You will find that the most information shared in public is of similar or better quality, especially those in My journey if updated.

Even Staff, who are getting paid to run this forum do not share anything of that sorts.

They do not even have to be bright to find helpful things. There are other places to get information from and share it in those channels without having to redirect or lose out.
Due to lack of content in JR vip especially users are looking actively for other places.

But please by all means keep your Agent run site as is. There is really nothing that is going to be changed.

In the past there were competitions or contest between users with the blessing of admins to keep community active and help it grow.

Nowadays, you only hear NPC type responses from admins when asked something or get a warning.

We're listening and always learning. We take a lot from these threads and implement plenty. As much as I'd love to we can't do them all, but we really appreciate the ideas. Do we communicate well enough to the community that we're working on or have made a change...? Not always and that's a fair point and noted. We have the News and Updates section. Sub of which there is the change log, but admittedly, that doesn't scratch the surface of what we're doing on the forum each day.

We try to keep suggestion and feedback threads open as long as they're engaged and are adding value. Often, we'll close quickly where a suggestion is made that we've already implemented, signpost to that change, and explain why we've closed it. Otherwise, as mentioned in my previous post

That would just be meaningless when you're generously giving of your time and helping us improve the community. That's the whole point of this section. Please do let us know your concerns; we want to hear them.

we really do want to hear your concerns; there is no benefit to us in sweeping it under the carpet. For us, listening, engaging, and understanding are really the main benefits of this subforum, and I appreciate the effort from the community that goes into this.

As mentioned in the previous thread, we're constantly listening and reviewing how we work. I expect to post a fuller response later today. I simply wanted to let you know we're here and listening to what you're saying, and I really do appreciate it.
