For content/url structure, use domain.com/topic/subtopic/. Don't just go for keyword-rich slugs straight off the root. And definitely don't use /blog/.
it would be very straightforward clean URLs, only one template, unique information for each page nd proper linking to them. i would also start with testing severral pages first. if such pages do not work well individually, then the scale up is unlikely to change anything.

I had start off with a small run nd check the indexation nd impression rates; scaling up pages that are not thick just adds to the issue.

First thing first. it shouldn't be just a replace keyword/product name and use template. Each page should have genuinely useful, unique data. Make sure you keep them interlinked with each other.
Don't generate pages and wait for google. Keep a good plan for the data, page quality, internal linking, and indexation strategy.

The key is having a clean template but making sure each page has genuinely useful, unique information. I’d structure it around clear URL patterns, strong internal linking, consistent data sources, and proper indexing/canonical rules.
URL structure will be flat nd use hub page with custom data sets. template page where keywords can only be changed will be deindexed quickly.

For a serious pSEO project, I would structure it as like;
Keyword Pattern → URL Architecture → Database Fields → Page Template → Internal Linking → Indexation Rules → Sitemap Groups → Backlink/Authority Strategy.
That's a much safer and more scalable model than simply generating thousands of AI pages.

simple URL structure with tiered page (hub pages) nd custom datasets per page. keyword substitution on template-based page will be obliterated right out of the gate.
