How to get YouTube subscribers & views organically?

The core is releasing high-quality videos and creating eye-catching titles and thumbnails. You simply need to master the basics of keyword research, stick to a posting schedule, and actively engage with comments; your channel will naturally see steady growth in views and subscribers over time.

don't worry too much about posting every day. a consistent schedule with useful videos is better than uploading just for sake of it.
 
Don't get too hung up on follower counts when your channel is just starting out. In my opinion, you should focus on creating your initial videos with a specific target audience in mind. Pick a niche and produce ten videos centered around that topic. Monitor your metrics and make gradual improvements. If viewers watch one video, enjoy it, and then discover three or four other useful videos on the same subject, they are far more likely to follow you

Yeah this makes alot of sense actually quick question - when u say "monitor ur metrics" for those first 10 vids, which ones should i actually be payin attention to early on? like is it mainly watch time/retention or does click thru rate matter just as much at that stage

also do the 10 vids need to be postin on like a strict schedule (ex daily/weekly) or is it more importent to just get them out consistantly regardless of the exact timing? tryin to not overthink the postin schedule part lol

Use shorts to draw in more people; and use long form videos to monetize your existing audience and earn money.

For views comments increase views, so post content that ppl can engage with and comment or like a lot that will increase views. And with views your subscribers will also increase
 
Post daily, both long-form videos and Shorts, but Shorts will drive more views than long-form videos. Create an engaging hook in the first 10 seconds and avoid lengthy introductions. Design thumbnails and titles that spark curiosity.

Hey. I wouldn’t upload just for the sake of quantity. A consistent schedule with useful content, clear titles, and good thumbnails is a better approach
 
I’d say the main thing to focus on when you’re starting out is creating videos around specific keywords.

Go on VidIQ and look for keywords in your niche with a score above 60. That’s one of the best ways to get started and gain traction.
 
I’d focus less on chasing subscriber numbers and more on figuring out which topics actually bring the right viewers. Once you see a few videos getting better retention and clicks, doubling down on those topics seems much more sustainable than just uploading more often.
