Reels: quality or quantity?

Would you post one really good Reel every few days or several average ones every day? What has actually worked for you?

Daily Posting works wonders, why not just post high quality daily instead? As Consistency matters a lot with Posting.
 
It should be a mix of both worlds. We post around 500 reels a day from 50 phones though we try to get the best quality possible we can. Ig doesn t like reposts but there are workarounds
 
I would focus on quality first. One strong Reel every few days is better for me than posting several average ones just to stay active. Good hooks and useful content usually matter more than posting a lot.
 
Publishing works of the same genre is particularly important for attracting loyal customers.
 
Quality every 2–3 days, easily. Dumping 3 mediocre videos a day just tanks your watch time and teaches the algorithm that people swipe away from your content. One solid Reel with a tight hook that gets shared will do more for your reach than 50 rushed clips.

Constant posting is good as well as focusing on the reels quality will give you extra benifits.
 
One really good Reel can do more for an account than a week of average ones imo.
 
I think I'll post high-quality Reels. Quality content is still better than quantity that lacks a unique touch.
 
quality over quantity has been the better move lately one strong reel with a clear hook outperformed a week of average daily posts combined, feels like the platform is gotten pickier about what it actually pushes now.
 
I think quality matters more than quantity when it comes to Reels. A well-made Reel with a clear idea and something useful or entertaining can get better engagement than posting lots of random content. Consistency is important too, but I’d focus on making each Reel worth watching
 
that depends on what goal you are trying to achieve and if you believe the reels are good enough to rank consistantly.

I would go completely with quality. Let me tell you the reason as well. I had a graphic design YouTube channel, and in 1 year I uploaded more than 200 videos consistently and focused on quantity, but it went fully opposite of what I was expecting, so quantity does not matter. People look for quality content.
 
several average reels can help you test ideas faster though sometimes you need volume to figure out what actually works.
 
I’d go with quality Posting every day is fine but I’d rather post fewer Reels that actually get people to stop and watch

If you have only 1 account to manage, put all your efforts into it and do both, make quality videos, and be consistent if you want to be successful in a short time.

1 really good reel every few days is actually much better than posting several average ones everyday.
